For most weddings, banquets, and formal events, we recommend booking your linens 4 to 8 weeks in advance. This gives you plenty of time to:

Larger Events? Book Earlier

If you’re hosting a large event (150+ guests or 20+ tables), it’s smart to book even earlier—up to 10–12 weeks ahead—especially if you're using specialty linens or colors that may be in high demand.
